Datil Pepper Jelly is a traditional favorite in the nation's oldest city. Serve with cream cheese and crackers, or as a condiment with lamb, venison, pork, or chicken. Most folks enjoy Datil Pepper jelly in their own special way. Our next door neighbor, Nick Landry, brushes on plenty of jelly when he cooks pork roast.
